Fand

Wife of Manannán mac Lír; she tried to woo Cuchulainn in "The Sickness of Cuchulainn and the One Jealousy of Emer". This wooing angered Emer, Cuchulainn's wife, who was able to get Manannán to shake the mantle of forgetting between the two. Emer's price? That Cuchulainn would never sleep with her again; however, it meant that he wouldn't be drawn into the Otherworld either, making him hers forever.

Fand can be seen as a type of fairy lover, a Leanan Sidhe; that she is wife of Manannán would only add to this assumption, moreover that she was trying to lure Cuchulainn to Emhain Abhlach.
